Tax Strategy and Ohio's Budget

A recent poll by Quinnipiac University found that most Ohioans are wary of Governor Kasich's  proposed tax plan. The revamp includes a 20 percent decrease in the income tax, and an expansion of sales tax, which some fear may burden the poor. Others feel the cuts will benefit small business and spur job growth. In this hour, we'll take a close look at the tax strategy of Ohio's budget.
