The Clean Water Act Celebrates 40th Anniversary/Frankenstorm

The Clean Water Act is celebrating its 40th anniversary this month, around the same time that Rachel Carson's book Silent Spring celebrates its 50th anniversary. We'll talk about the Clean Water Act legislation's impact on water management across the country, the future of water regulation in the country, as well as discuss the impact of Silent Spring and Rachel Carson on the modern environmental movement.
