The site where old Cooper Stadium is now the focus of future development. Now, a company is proposing that a racetrack be built on the old site. This proposition has caused quite a controversy within the Franklinton and Southwest Columbus area. Today on All Sides, we'll consider both the pros and cons of this racetrack proposal.
