Governor Kasich plans to meet with the news media Thursday to discuss the dam at Buckeye Lake.
Last week, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers declared the dam unsafe.
It said the likelihood of a ‘catastrophic failure’ of the dam is high which could result in the loss of life.
His office says the governor and the head of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Jim Zehringer and other state officials will meet with reporters tomorrow morning.
