937 Payroll is just the latest business to lease space in the in the historic Dayton Arcade.

Vince Lewis is director of the University of Dayton’s L. William Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. UD is one of the overseers of the Arcade project.

“It really is to me, a signal to the community in the city, and the region that this is really a vibrant and growing community, despite last nine months and dealing with the pandemic and all the challenges," he says. "This is really, really a bright spot.”

In addition to the businesses renting the space, there will also be student programs moving to the Arcade from UD and from Sinclair Community College.
