The Findlay Market Opening Day parade is off for March 26. A parade webpost says the 101st parade is canceled/postponed due to the coronavirus.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has called for a limit to mass gatherings with an official declaration expected today.

The 54th annual Cincinnati St. Patrick's Parade scheduled for Saturday is also now canceled. "Our committee respects the advice of Mayor Cranley, City Manager Duhaney and other local leaders regarding the health concerns of such an event of our size," says Chris Schulte, chairman of the Cincinnati St.Patrick's Parade committee in an email.  Schulte went on to say, "The Cincinnati St. Patrick’s Parade has a long-standing tradition of not cancelling or postponing our event but we understand that all good things must come to an end. "
