Employers are struggling to find young workers to take jobs in the skilled trades.

Carpentry, plumbing and electrical work are skilled trades that have provided a comfortable living for many generations.

However, these and other traditionally hands-on jobs may not have enough workers to go around.

We’ll look at what the decline in technical fields will mean for the economy and what can be done to recruit more workers.
