A good night’s sleep can make you feel great. However, for people with obstructive sleep apnea, that can be a challenge.

Sleep apnea is the condition in which your breathing can stop and restart and cause snoring.

Coming up on Wellness Wednesday, we’ll discover what’s being done to alleviate the condition.
