New research shows that sleep apnea may increase the risk of mood disorders like anxiety and depression.

Sleep apnea is a common disorder characterized by brief breathing interruptions during sleep. It’s also been linked to a host of serious ailments, including stroke, coronary heart disease, heart failure, heart attack, and high blood pressure.
