Chefs In The City: Happy Hour

If you want to save your money but still go out, we have two words for you: "happy hour."

Happy hour orginated in 1914 on a navy ship called the U.S.S. Arkansas as the "Happy Hour Social." Now, you get a bite to eat, a glass (or two) of wine, and are home in time for Jeopardy.
