Every day, Peter Sagal, the host of Wait Wait...Don’t Tell Me! on 89.7 NPR News, takes a run.

The habit started as a teenager and has ebbed and flowed over the years to the point that he has run multiple marathons, suffering the ups and downs of any long-distance, long-time runner.

And he’s learned a thing or two. Inspired by the 1970s sensation “The Complete Book of Running” by Jim Fixx, Sagal has produced his own version: “The Incomplete Book of Running.”

Today on All Sides, Peter Sagal talks about running and life. And get "The Incomplete Book of Running" as a thank-you gift when you become a WOSU member during our Spring Membership Drive.
