The Trump administration has issued the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the nation’s top public health agency, a list of seven words or phrases to be avoided in official documents being prepared for next year’s budget. Some federal health officials are saying that calling this a word ban is overstating matters. Coming up, we look at why the words matter.
