Though Ohio is a swing state, the ratio of red to blue politicians in its General Assembly would suggest otherwise. As the November ballot approaches, a group of current and former state representatives and senators try to secure an endorsement of their initiative from the Ohio Democratic Party, which has been tight-lipped on the matter so far.

Guests

  • Julie Carr Smyth, reporter for the Associated Press
  • Vernon Sykes, former Ohio State Representative (D, 44th district)
  • Frank LaRose, Ohio State Senator (R, 27th district)
