Juveniles in the Justice System

In the wake of KaliefBrowder's treatment on Rikers Island and subsequent suicide, the treatment of juveniles in the justice system is under a critical eye. We look into the disparities in arrests by police, the aspect of "detention" or being detained before trial, and the treatment of juveniles in jails and prisons.
