Farmers At Least Partly To Blame For Toledo Water Crisis

The mayor of Toledo has lifted the city’s water ban that affected nearly a half-million people over three days. People were told to stay away from tap water after tests revealed it contained a toxin likely stemming from algae on Lake Erie.
