Governor Forms Task Force To Boost College Graduation Rates

Every year, Ohio taxpayers pay about $2.5 billion to support state universities and colleges, but Gov. John Kasich says the taxpayers are not getting their money’s worth because so many students drop out. That's why Kasich is prodding leaders of the schools to work together and recommend ways to boost the graduation rate.
