"Joe the Plumber" is ready to announce whether he'll run for Congress. The northwest Ohio man who became a household name after questioning Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential race already has filed the paperwork to run for Congress and set up a campaign website to raise money. Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher says he'll make an official announcement Tuesday night in Toledo. A statement of candidacy filed earlier this month with the Federal Election Commission says he intends to run as a Republican in Ohio's 9th U.S. House district. Wurzelbacher became an icon for many anti-establishment conservatives and has traveled the country speaking at tea part rallies and conservative gatherings.
