Columbus Police have named the officers involved in the shooting of a suspect on Sunday. They are Danny Dupler, a five-year veteran of the force and Peter Derzinski, who has been on the force for four years.
The name of the man who was shot at his home on Lockbourne Road has not been released. Police says the man brandished a weapon upon answering the door after officers were called to the address. The man was shot in the chest.
The police involved shooting was the third in a week.
