Arts Council, Tourism Take Large Hits In State Budget

Agencies that help low-income, unemployed and vulnerable Ohioans were among the organizations hit in the two-year state budget. But two agencies that deal with more leisurely pursuits are also reeling from the news that they'll have to complete their missions with a lot less money.
