President Bush used his final State of the Union speech to talk about the Iraq war, to promote his No Child Left Behind Act, and to urge Americans to overcome their fears of recession. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler talked to a sample of the Ohio Congressional delegation and asked them about the speech.
