Convicted high-priced madame freed from prison

The woman who admits running a million dollar brothel near Grandview will be released from prison after serving about three months.

Tammy Flory was granted early release Wednesday morning. Flory was arrested last year and charged with operating a high priced home for prostitution in on Third Avenue for about ten years.

Flory pleaded guilty last fall and recently asked to be released early. After prosecutors agreed to the early release, Franklin County judge Charles Schneider freed her.

Schneider ordered Flory to serve 3 years probation and get a full-time job, enroll in school or do charity work. Flory read a statement to the judge in which she apologized for her crime and vowed to "do the right thing."
