Serenata, also known as “Adventures with the Art Song,” is a half-hour program hosted by WOSU’s Christopher Purdy. If you despair of choosing among the 500-plus recordings of Schubert lieder, or you want to hear Renee Fleming’s new jazz/classical album, this is the program for you.
Serenata is on hiatus while WOSU FM brings you the Metropolitan Opera, which runs from mid-December through May 8.
