Eye on Alumni is a studio-based interview show featuring some of Ohio State's most prominent alumni. The show includes day-in-the-life video packages, and web & video questions from fellow OSU alumni. The show is hosted by Doug Lessells, with field reports from Dimitrious Stanley.

This show airs Thursday September 25th at 5pm on WOSU TV

Part 1

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

Part 1 begins with a video package on Jeff Swanagan, Ohio State '81, and Columbus Zoo & Aquarium's new executive director. The package is followed by a studio interview with host Doug Lessells, and fellow alum, Ted Beattie, Ohio State '71, and president and CEO of the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

Part 2

Monday, September 22nd, 2008

Part 2 follows Eye on Alumni roving reporter Dimitrious Stanley on a behind-the-scenes tour of the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Accompanied by Ted Beattie, Dimitrious visits the beluga whale exhibit, Zuma the sea lion, and the shark training and feeding area.

Sunday, September 21st, 2008

Part 3 includes video questions from Ohio State alumni from around the country. Questions are posed by Dr. James Foradas, who works on the North Bank in Alaska, former synchronized swimming champion Suzanna Hyatt, current Education professor Barbara Thomson, and OSU golf coach Jim Brown.

Part 4 is the completion of the studio interview with Shedd Aquarium president and CEO Ted Beattie, and Columbus Zoo & Aquarium executive director Jeff Swanagan.
